The San Diego symphony forcing you to download this app for mobile tickets. Very disappointed. We should be able to decide how we digitally receive our paid tickets. Also the app feels outdated. When you click on calendar, food, etc send you to a website. What's the point of the app then.

Even getting the tickets is nearly impossible. The history informs you purchased tickets. When you go to your events, it says there are no tickets to display. Just allow us to print. Don't charge fees for something useless.

They force you to use the app to get mobile tickets and it is horrendous. Half the screens dump you onto the web site, my account was deleted, you can't search or store info. It is so bad it actually puts me off going to the venue.
